Welcome back and a Happy New Year!
I hope you all had a restful and healthy Christmas.
This week has been fantastic! The children have come back with positive attitudes in readiness for learninng.
We had an assembly on Tuesday by Mr Rust who welcomed us back and discussed with the children new years resolutions 
Writing
In Writing this week the children have completed shared toolkits around openings and warning tales, they have supported myself in writing a new innovation text and have then innovated their own to create a new warning tale which they will use for a warm write next week!

Maths
This week the children have been looking at consolidation of the 4 times tables and then the 8 times table for multiplication and division. It is important for the children to build a greater understanding for the 3, 4 and 8 times tables in year 3 so please do continue to practice at home by accessing TTRockstars or Hit the button (Below).
