Week Beginning 30th September
This week has flown by and the children have been super busy! Thank you to all those parents who attended our Book & Biscuit session this week, the children really enjoyed this.
This week the children have been learning about Harvest & Autumn and the changes they may start to see. They collected some leaves from outside and used these to create leaf print pictures with paint. We talked about farmers using scarecrows to scare away the birds and the children enjoyed making their own paperplate scarecrows – these look great on the washing line in the classroom!
This week we introduced the use of helmets when riding the bikes, trikes and scooters. The children have been really good at remembering to wear these when they are using the bikes and have enjoyed reminding their friends about this!
